A 3,293-square-foot office building in Melbourne has been sold to a private investor for $1.15 million, according to Marcus & Millichap. The firm’s Justin West had the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, a bank. The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Robert Granda and Douglas Mandel, both of whom are investment specialists in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The building, Melbourne Medical Office, is located at 7775 Wickham Road. It was built in 1999 and is 100 percent occupied. — Alexander Britell
