Palm Beach home sells for $41.5 million in biggest area transaction in four years

The home at 1473 North Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach has been sold for $41.5 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. That sale would represent the largest in the town since 2008. Arizona-based limited liability company Endigan purchased the property, and broker Lawrence Moens represented each side in the transaction.
