Metro 1 confirms Panther Coffee lease at Miami Beach’s shops of Sunset Harbour

Wynwood’s Panther Coffee will be moving to the Shops at Sunset Harbour project in Miami Beach, Metro 1 Commercial has confirmed. The coffee company will be taking a 1,650-square-foot, long-term lease at Scott Robins’ project, which is located between 18th and 20th streets in Miami Beach. Metro 1 Commercial’s Tony Arellano represented Panther in the transaction. CEO Tony Cho said the addition would bring “so much character” to the Sunset Harbour section of Miami Beach. — Alexander Britell
