Jazz club is latest addition to Boca Raton’s Mizner Park mall

Magazine publisher JAZZIZ Nightlife is set to open a long-delayed jazz-themed restaurant in ZED 451, at the south end of Mizner Park in Boca Raton, after a $6 million renovation, the Palm Beach Post reported. Radiologist and JAZZIZ founder Dr. Michael Fagien has been pushing for a Boca Raton restaurant for years and now the space will finally open in either December or January. Mizner Park’s mixed-use center has seen increased activity of late, including a new Yard House Restaurant, and an iPic movie theater. “We are going to use the synergy already at Mizner Park and convert it into a very vibrant nightlife,” Fagien said. “We want to transform [the area] into an adult-oriented music city.” [Palm Beach Post] — Christopher Cameron
