Start-up signs at Boca’s Fountains Center

Start-up health firm Source for Change has signed a lease at Boca Raton’s Fountains Center office and retail park. The company, which offers a stress-release technique, has leased out Suite 301-29 at 7100 West Camino Real. Ayal Frist of Boca Raton-based commercial brokerage Stateland Brown represented the landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, and the tenant. The 7100 building is one of seven buildings at Fountains Center, which was purchased by Boca Medical Plaza earlier this year. — Alexander Britell
