Barclays International Realty shutters in Palm Beach; Fite Shavell eyes agents

Barclays International Realty is closing its doors in Palm Beach, with broker Shirley Wyner heading to Fite Shavell, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. Fite Shavell has reportedly offered jobs to 15 former Barclays agents. Wyner has already transferred her license to Fite Shavell, according to the Daily News. “I think this is the right thing to do,” Wyner said. “I want to do what I most enjoy — list and sell properties — and focus on that instead of running a business.” [Palm Beach Daily News] — Alexander Britell
