Panama-based logistics firm signs 30,000-square-foot renewal in Doral

Panamanian cargo company XCC Logistics has signed a 30,000-square-foot lease renewal at Dolphin Commerce Center in Doral, according to Transwestern. The center is located at 11200 NW 25th Street in Doral. The move is another example of firms looking to cement their position in advance of the expansion of the Panama Canal. “XCC Logistics is a relative newcomer to the market at just 10 years, but is committing long-term and is eager to translate the widening of the Panama Canal into business growth,” said Thomas Kresse, senior vice president at Transwestern. Kresse, along with Transwestern’s Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria, completed the deal on behalf of XCC. — Alexander Britell
