Sitcom star Kevin James nabs $18.5 million Delray Beach pad

Former “King of Queens” star Kevin James has laid down a hefty $18.5 million for a 10-bedroom, eight-bathroom Delray Beach mansion — $7.8 million over the property’s appraised value, according to the Palm Beach Post. The 25,834-square-foot estate, which is located on 1.8 acres of oceanside land at 502 North Ocean Boulevard, previously sold for $4.9 million in June 2005.
