Palm Beach Gardens’ Promenade retail center target of foreclosure action

U.S. Bank has filed a foreclosure action targeting Palm Beach Gardens’ Promenade Shopping Center, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The center, whose largest tenant is a Publix supermarket, is located at 9810 Alternative A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. The 202,240-square-foot property was 73 percent occupied as late as April, the Business Journal reported. Publix, Ben Franklin and The A Team are the biggest occupants of the center.
