Developer San Fiz is planning to build a 5,500-square-foot mixed-use retail and medical office building on a recently-purchased lot in Palm Springs. The one-acre tract, which is in front of the new Walmart-anchored super center on 10th Avenue North, was bought for $825,000 from a private investor. San Fiz’s Robert Rodriguez plans to deliver the project, at 2720 10th Avenue North, by January 2014. CBRE’s represented the owner in the transaction. — Alexander Britell
