Blanca tapped to lease Waterford Centre office building in Miami

Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Waterford Centre office building in Miami’s airport submarket. The 91,000-square-foot, Class A building is located at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive. Boston-based New Boston Fund recently acquired the property. Blanca is also representing New Boston on another recent purchase — One Park Square at Doral, which is acquired in 2010. Tenants at the property include Xerox and McAfee. — Alexander Britell
