Retail property sells in North Miami

A two-tenant retail property in North Miami’s Bicsayne Retail Corridor has been sold for $3.25 million, according to Marcus & Millichap. T-Mobile and Smoothie King are tenants at the property, which is located at 12605 Biscayne Boulevard. T-Mobile is currently on a seven-year lease at the center, while Smoothie King is in the midst of a five-year lease. Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson had the exclusive listing on behalf of the Miami Beach-based seller. — Alexander Britell
