Berger closes 21,000 square feet of Fort Lauderdale tranasctions

Berger Commercial Realty has announced the signing of 20,792 square feet of industrial and flex space in Fort Lauderdale. The signings were led by a recent 15,920-square-foot lease by SGP Palm Crossing at 3420 NW 53rd Street in Fort Lauderdale to tenant GA Telesis Composit Repair Group. Dunkelberger Engineering and Testing also took a 2,470-square-foot lease at 5371 NW 53rd Street with SGP Palm Crossing, and Seagis FLCC leased a 2,4202-square-foot industrial space at 5361-5381 NW 33rd Avenue to FB Legal.
