Shared workspace Pipeline takes 14,000 square feet at 1101 Brickell

Shared workspace firm Pipeline has taken a 14,000-square-foot lease at 1101 Brickell Avenue. The space will include private offices, dedicated desks, flex spaces and virtual offices. The office tower was represented by Ryan Holtzman, leasing director at Taylor & Mathis. Pipeline was represented by Shay Pope, senior managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Pipeline, which was founded by Todd Oretsky and Philippe Houdard, will occupy a full floor at the property. It is the company’s first-ever location. — Alexander Britell
