Advantix Systems signs 40,000-sf lease in Sunrise

Cooling company Advantix Systems has signed a 40,000-square-foot lease at Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which brokered the deal. The transaction represents an expansion of the company’s North American headquarters. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Steven Wasserman and David Wigoda represented the landlord in the deal. The firm’s Steven Medwin and Nick Wigoda represented Advantix. The property is located at 13800 NW Second Street. — Alexander Britell
