HFF arranges $6.3 million in financing to acquire Florida retail portfolio

HFF has arranged $6.3 million in financing for the purchase of a 60,283-square-foot portfolio in Pensacola and Orlando, the company announced Thursday. The portfolio includes the 49,768-square-foot Pensacola Marketplace and a 10,515-square-foot strip retail center in Orlando. HFF’s team, which worked on behalf of the borrower, IRA Realty Capital, was led by director John Chun. The 10-year loan was obtained through Citigroup Global Markets. — Alexander Britell
