Fitch: Shoppes at Jupiter retail center at risk of “imminent default”

The Shoppes at Jupiter retail center in Jupiter is now in special servicing, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The project, which is anchored by Cobb Theatres, is at risk of “imminent default,” according to the ratings firm. The property, which is located at 101 and 181 North US Highway 1, has a total of 213,105 square feet. [SFBJ]
