The Point Plaza shopping strip in Tamarac has been put up for sale for $4.15 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which has the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, a private investor from Pembroke Pines. The price represents an average of $144 per square foot. Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Mandel and Robert Granda are representing the seller. The 28,842-square-foot property is located at 7118 Nob Hill Road in Tamarac. “Broward County’s improving economy and limited construction have benefited the retail sector by pushing vacancies down throughout the county,” Granda said. “We are seeing owners able to hold the line on asking rents and leasing incentives for the first time in a while, and we are also seeing strong interest from the international investor pool.” — Alexander Britell
