U.S. Healthworks renews lease at Fort Lauderdale’s Commercial Station

U.S. Healthworks Medical Group of Florida has renewed its 6,794-square-foot lease at Commercial Station in Fort Lauderdale, according to Brenner Real Estate Group. The property is located at 1100 West Commercial Boulevard. Brenner’s Suzanne Lopez, commercial associate, and Kathleen Alberts, senior vice president, handled the transaction on behalf of landlord Commercial Station.
