Boca Raton’s Hillsboro II adds new tenant

Boca Raton’s Hillsboro II mixed-use center has signed ASantos Seguros Agency as a new tenant, according to Brenner Real Estate Group. The Fort Lauderdale-based real estate firm’s Suzanna Lopez, commercial associate, and Roxanna Collins, regional asset manager, handled the transaction. ASantos, an insurance agency, has taken 900 square feet of space at Hillsboro II, which is located at 22763 State Road 7 in Boca Raton.
