Italian ceramic importing firm signs 40,000-square-foot lease in Hialeah

Italian ceramic and porcelain importer Idea Ceramica signed a 40,000-square-foot lease in Hialeah earlier this month, according to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Newmark’s Erick Padilla represented Idea Ceramica in the deal, which was signed with landlord G&G Real Estate Investments, a limited liability company. The building is located at 1350 NW 74th Street and includes a 2,000-square-foot showroom. G&G was represented by Infinity Commercial Real Estate’s Ted Konigsberg. — Alexander Britell
