Boston Philanthropist Stephen Weiner sells Palm beach home for $5.8 million

Stephen Weiner, the Boston-based developer and philanthropist, has unloaded a three-bedroom townhome in Palm Beach for $5.75 million. The Villa Plati property, which is located at 310 Atlantic Avenue, is near the Bradley Place development. It had been originally listed for $7.4 million.
