New York-based equity fund buys Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton

New York-based equity fund AWH Partners has purchased the 121-room Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton, according to CBRE Hotels. It is AWH’s first commercial real estate acquisition in Florida, coming through a joint venture with the Lane Organization. CBRE represented the undisclosed Boca Raton-based seller in the transaction. “Investors are ready to take advantage of the strong underlying fundamentals in the South Florida hotel industry,” said Robert Taylor, senior vice president at CBRE. The property, which was built in 1979, is located at 999 East Camino Real. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. — Alexander Britell
