Miami’s Blanca Commercial Real Estate adds Juan Ruiz as executive VP

Miami-based Blanca Commercial Real Estate has named Juan Ruiz as an executive vice president, the company announced today. Ruiz formerly served as a director at Codina Realty Services, where he handled leasing of properties such as the Downtown Doral project. He had previously been a vice president at Flagler Real Estate Services, where he reportedly averaged 100 lease transactions per year.
