Home design firm signs 27,000-square-foot lease at KTR Hollywood
Home design firm T.J. R.M. imports has signed a deal to occupy 27,000 square feet at the KTR Hollywood flex park in Hollywood, according to CBRE, which brokered the deal on behalf of KTR. The property, which has a total of 521,000 square feet, is located on the west side of I-95 in Hollywood. T.J. R.M. was previously at a 20,000-square-foot space in the Design Center of the Americas in Dania; it is set to begin its lease at KTR in November. CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin and Harry Tangalakis handled the transaction. — Alexander Britell
