The 52,830-square-foot Ter Prints warehouse in Miami has been sold for $1.93 million, according to Sperry Van Ness, which brokered the transaction. The property, which is located at 13301 NW 38th Court in Miami, was purchased by Sixto Packaging, a printing firm that is relocating from the western Miami area of Westchester. Sperry Van Ness’ Matthew Rotolante and Keith Kidwell were the exclusive listing agents for the property, representing Michael Moecker and Associates. – Alexander Britell
