Victoria’s Secret signs deal for new distribution center in Doral

Victoria’s Secret Stores has signed a lease for 16,460 square feet in Doral, according to CBRE, which brokered the deal on behalf of the Ohio-based lingerie company. Victoria’s Secret plans to use the space at Beacon at 97th Avenue Business Park as a distribution center. CBRE’s Ron Berger negotiated the five-year lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Smith and Audley Bosch represented landlord KTR Capital Partners in the transaction. Beacon is located at 2100 NW 97th Avenue. — Alexander Britell
