The Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre in Fort Lauderdale has exceeded 115,000 square feet of leases in 2012, bringing the project to 99 percent occupancy, according to Stiles. The 408,079-square-foot office tower is located at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard, with major tenants including Bank of America, law firm Boies Schiller & Flexner and BBX Capital. “We’ve seen increased activity in the Fort Lauderdale submarket in the last six months,” said Norm Adams, director of leasing at Stiles. The 23-story office and retail building was developed by Stiles and sold to institutional investors in 2011 for $164 million. — Alexander Britell
