The Bernice Steinbaum Gallery in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood is now being leased, according to listing broker Metro 1 Commercial. The space, which is located at 3550 North Miami Avenue at 36th Street, is bordered by eatery GiGi. The two-story property, which has a total of 7,747 square feet, is being listed at $40 per square foot, according to Metro 1’s Tony Cho and Tony Arellano. — Alexander Britell
