Miami Association of Realtors partners with broker group in “Miami Beach of Brazil”

The Miami Association of Realtors has signed a reciprocal agreement with Brazil’s Association of Real Estate Agents of Balneario Camboriu. The agreement, which was signed late last month, will involve the sharing of property listings between the two associations. Brazilian buyers have been one of the strongest demographics in Miami’s condo renaissance over the last two years. “Brazil is a very strong market for Miami and South Florida, and we look forward to a very successful relationship with ACIBC that will greatly benefit our respective members and vibrant real estate market,” said Miami Association of Realtors CEO Teresa King Kinney. “Balneario Camboriu is the ‘Miami Beach’ of Brazil.” — Alexander Britell
