New York’s Cohen & Company brokers $16M Orlando shopping center sale

New York-based Cohen & Company has brokered the sale of the Regency Village shopping center in Orlando for $16 million. Cohen & Company’s Michael Cleeman represented the buyer, a Toronto-based REIT, while Cohen President Helen Putterman represented the seller, Cohen Commercial Properties. The center is located across from the Orlando Premium Outlets. The property was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale. The deal was done in conjunction with Cohen’s Palm Beach Gardens office. — Alexander Britell
