North American Clutch Export has paid $1.47 million for a 42,391-square-foot warehouse in Miami, according to Colliers International South Florida, which represented the company in the deal. The price represented an average of $35 per square foot. Colliers’ Achikam Yogev, senior vice president, handled the deal for Colliers on the property, which is located at 3501 NW 54th Street.
