The Point Plaza retail center in Tampa has been placed on the market for $6.81 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which has the exclusive listing on the property. The 97,000-square-foot center is anchored by a Sweetbay Supermarket. Douglas Mandel and Robert Granda, both from Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, are representing the Parkland-based seller, along with James Medefind of the firm’s Tampa office.
