Kissimmee Korners sold for $9.55 million
The sale of the Kissimmee Korners retail center in Kissimmee, the price of which had not yet been disclosed, transacted for $9.55 million, according to Marcus & Millichap. The acquisition of the 83,340-square-foot property, which is located at 1507 N John Young Parkway, had been financed with $6 million from Delray Beach-based HC Real Estate Capital. The property is 82 percent occupied, according to HC. Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Mandel, vice president for investments, and Mark Thompson, senior associate, handled the transaction. — Alexander Britell
