Beacon Hill is marketing the Gateway Shopping Center in Doral. The 35,000-square-foot site, which is located in the center of Doral’s industrial market. Co-tenants include Great Florida Bank, Sabores Latin Restaurant and Sweet Art by Lucila. The property is a few blocks south of Miami’s police headquarters. — Alexander Britell
