Office building in Miami’s Virginia Gardens sells for $7.5 million

A 134,743-square-foot office building in Miami’s Virginia Gardens submarket has been sold for $7.5 million, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Kirk Felici, first vice president in the firm’s Miami office. Alex Zylberglait, vice president for investments at Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Texas-based seller. The buyer, a North Miami Beach-based limited liability company, was also represented by Zylberglait. The building, which is located at 6595 NW 36th Street, has 160 office suites. — Alexander Britell
