Rise Realty launches in South Beach

Real estate veteran Keith Darby has founded a new brokerage, Rise Realty, in South Beach. The company will have a residential division and a commercial division. Darby was formerly at Miami-based ComReal Commercial Real Estate Services, where he specialized in industrial and commercial property.
