BurgerFi coming to Weston in $1.2M deal

Correction Appended: BurgerFi is set to open another South Florida location at the Millennium Plaza in Weston, following a 3,000-square-foot, ten-year deal for approximately $1.2 million, Sperry Van Ness, the commerical real estate firm that handled the deal, announced today. Sperry’s Joel Kattan and Hernan Prohaszka represented the landlord, 2800 Weston Road Associates, in the deal. BurgerFi plans to open the new location by December of 2012. In August, BurgerFi added a sixth South Florida location in Aventura. — Christopher Cameron
