Hollywood’s Wilshire Marina to see redevelopment

Fresh from completing its $3.37 million short sale, Hollywood’s Wilshire Marina will see redevelopment, although exact plan have not yet been released, according to the Sun Sentinel. “The new buyers definitely intend to redevelop the marina,” Achikam Yogev, Colliers International senior vice president said Tuesday.

The buyers of the 87,120-square-foot marina , which is located at 2308 North Ocean Drive, were Michael and Mark Walsh of Oceanside Marina — they are also president and vice president of Ocean Properties, which operates the nearby Marriott Hollywood Beach hotel. [Sun Sentinel] — Christopher Cameron
