Across SF, Infinity Commercial Real Estate leases 58,000 square feet in August

Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased more than 58,000 square feet across South Florida in August, the Miami Gardens-based commercial real estate firm announced today. In its lagest lease, Zero Gravity, an indoor trampoline and family entertainment center, took 36,464 square feet for seven years in the former Publix location at 4801 Coconut Creek Parkway in Coconut Creek Plaza.

The firm also leased 20,270 square feet for 5 years to AB Sports in part of Murray’s Speed and Custom building at 15781 NW Seventh Avenue in Miami. AB is relocating their fitness center and padel court facility, which will open in October.

Finally the firm announced two smaller deals at Golden Glades Office Park, located at 1505-1525 NW 167th Street  in Miami Gardens for 952 square feet and 667 square feet to  J. H Copeland Company/Copeland Construction and Capform, respectively. — Christopher Cameron
