Aventura-based investor buys Deland’s Arlington Square apartment complex

The Arlington Square apartment complex in Deland has been sold for $780,000, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the deal. The 34-unit complex, which is located at 302 South Spring Garden Avenue, is comprised of three concrete buildings on a 1.47-acre lot. The buyer, an Aventura-based private investor, was represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Donaldson, a senior associate in the firm’s Tampa office. — Alexander Britell
