John Hancock signs lease at Boca Raton’s Fountains Center
The John Hancock Financial Network/The Partners Network has signed a 10-year and 10-month lease for around 15,000 square feet at the Fountains Center office and retail park in Boca Raton. The lease covers the entire third floor of the park’s 7700 building, which is located at 7700 West Camino Real. As part of the transaction, the building will be renamed the John Hancock Financial Network@7700. The company plans to move to the space in early December. The company was represented by Mark Rubin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. — Alexander Britell
