A company managed by Jesus Carballeda has purchased Lakes Plaza shopping center in Miami Lakes for $6.4 million — 300,000  less than is previously traded for in 2005, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 59,973-square-foot building, which is located at 8181 NW 154th Street, was sold by entity called Lakes Plaza Associates operated by Justo Maqueira and Raul Gastesi Jr. [SFBJ] — Christopher Cameron
