Edwards Construction has been named the general contractor for the planned 150,000-square-foot Dade Paper facility in Orlando, the company announced today. TD Bank has provided a financing commitment on the project, which will be overseen by Chris Cromwell, director of operations at Edwards’ Orlando office. “This is the first Central Florida project greater than 100,000 square feet to be constructed in the last four years,” said Steven McCraney, CEO of developer McCraney Property Company.
