NAI/Merin Hunter Codman sells two PBC buildings for $9 million

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has sold two properties formerly in receivership for a total of $9 million, the brokerage announced. The first, Village Center, is a 51,000-square-foot medical office complex in Delray Beach that sold for $5.5 million. The second was Habitat Center, a 62,000-square-foot office and retail center located at 4047 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach for $3.5 million. NAI/Merin Hunter Codman had acted as the receiver on both properties, ultimately unloading both within a year. — Alexander Britell
