Quest Workspaces, which has office space sites in Coral Gables, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, has expanded with a new site at the Time Life Building in New York City. The company has launched an executive office space on the 43rd floor of the building, following a transaction handled by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Quest Real Estate Advisors. The 16,500-square-foot Class A space includes executive suites and “touchdown” space. “Given the professional synergy between New York and South Florida, it was always our plan to launch Quest Workspaces in Manhattan,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and CEO of Quest Workspaces. — Alexander Britell
