Los Angeles-based furniture firm Room Service signs Upper East Side lease

Los Angeles-based furniture company has signed a lease at a new location at 6101 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood, according to Chariff Realty Group, which completed the lease transaction. The deal is at the 10,000-square-foot New Milebella building in what is also known as the MiMo district. The new space, the firm’s sixth location in the United States, is set to open in early 2013. — Alexander Britell
