Terranova signs seven South Florida tenants for 10,000 square feet

Terranova has announced the signing of 10,000 square feet of new leases at South Florida shopping centers. The largest were a pair of 1,400-square-foot lease deals by Eastern United Insurance Consultants in Miami’s Shoppes of Paradise Lakes and by T-Mobile at the Shoppes of Ives Dairy in Miami Gardens. “Local merchants and service providers such as these have an appetite for space in well-located centers, and luckily we’ve had suitable locations for all,” said Mindy McIlroy, executive vice president at Terranova. — Alexander Britell
