Brenner closes sale of 5,000-square-foot warehouse in Riviera Beach

Lisa Caniff, Floridian-LSL Properties has purchased a 4,980-square-foot warehouse in Riviera Beach, according to Fort Lauderdale-baed Brenner Real Estate Group, which handled the transaction. The space is located on the 1.35-acre tract known as the Sullivan Property at 2471 Port West Boulevard. Brenner’s Kathleen Alberts and Helen Weissman handled the transactions. Michael Fisher of Fischer Gaeta Group represented Lisa Caniff, Floridian-LSL Properties. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. — Alexander Britell
