Banco de Credito e Inversiones, the fourth-largest bank in Chile, has signed a 22,567-square-foot lease at downtown Miami’s Southeast Financial Center. The building has now signed 124,353 square feet of transactions in 2012 so far. Doug Campbell, president of the Campbell Group, represented BCI in the deal. Donald Cartwright, senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Southeast Financial Center. “The banking sector is very active in the market and we expect to see more transactions of this type — expansions and relocations,” Cartwright said. — Alexander Britell
